Roger Wyer discovered his personal mission inscribed by his Sunday school teacher on the inside of the Bible he received in fourth grade: “Let your light so shine before men that they will see your good works and give glory to your Father in Heaven.”
Rog earned his BA in English at Arizona State University, and is a writer, publisher, and speaker. His first book is entitled “Choosing Joy at Work.” He recently published “Peaceful Awakening” and “Learning Lessons: Gardening With Nature” – both free ebooks available at Smashwords.com. Rog continues to serve as consultant to businesses and non-profit organizations. He’s devoted a lot of time to the landscape industry, with experience in design, construction, operations, systems, human resources, and continuous improvement. Rog also served as a community planner and neighborhood leader.
As co-founder and partner in BizWorks Studio, Rog works with nonprofit organizations to enhance the volunteer experience and help build sustainable service to the community. He is also co-founder of Conversation Point: Another School of Thought, a system for generating meaningful conversations.
Spirit says it’s time for a new way of interacting with Nature: partnership. Nature has us supporting the new paradigm through helping gardeners everywhere awaken to our deep, forgotten connection with Nature.
Manifesting a new gardening paradigm involves education, and with Nature’s help, we’ve completed the first set of Learning Lessons to help people get started with the new paradigm. We call this new paradigm “Gardening With Nature.”
